Workouts
This screen shows how the daily workout will appear on your mobile app.
We have two options for Online Training through an app free to download on your smartphone called TeamBuildr. Both of our Online Training options allow you to complete workouts on your time in whatever location you desire whether that be a gym, your house, or hotel fitness room. Check out the chart below to figure out which option is best for you.
We offer a free online consultation where you fill out a questionnaire and we will detail a training plan for you. Click here to download the questionnaire and email it to ELITEButlerCounty@gmail.com and we will reply with an outlined training plan ASAP. Also email for a free 2 week trial of either option!
Online Exercise Programming
- Typically for those with some gym/workout familiarity and would like a way
to receive and track workouts.
- Workouts customized to your preferred
style of exercise.
- Communication with trainer via messaging
in TeamBuildr app.
- Track progress as you continue through
your workout plan.
- Video demonstrations and instructions
on exercises.
Online Personal Training
- Typically for those who need more instruction
along with receiving customized workouts
to address specific needs.
- Workouts specifically tailored to YOU based on
your needs and preferred style of exercise.
- Communication with trainer via messaging
in TeamBuildr app.
- Track progress as you continue through
your workout plan.
- Video demonstrations and instructions
on exercises.
- Ability to send in videos through email or
text for feedback on exercise form.
- Optional weekly phone call with trainer to
discuss progress and adjusment of workouts.

Corporate Wellness
Want your employees to get fit? Corporate Wellness is growing and saving businesses money in healthcare costs. ELITE offers a Corporate Wellness program where a traveling trainer will come to your location and provide workouts for employees on site! (Or whatever location is decided upon.)
