As a gym/recreational service facility, we are unable to operate during the COVID-19 breakout. Right before the stoppage, we were in the works on renovating a 6300 square foot room within our space. We anticipate we will complete this renovation soon after we are allowed to reopen. This space will boast 2 mini fields (30ft by 70ft each) that can be used for essentially any sport. Activities that these fields can be rented for include: batting cages, pitching and fielding, futsol, flag football, or virtually any other sport!

 

Besides the 2 mini field, this space will also feature 2 golf simulator bays and a putting/chipping green. The golf simulators will be SkyTrak launch motors that use e6 connect software. SkyTrak automatically includes a Skills Assessment, Long Drive, Closest to the Pin, and other fun games. The e6 connect software that we will have in conjunction with the SkyTrak monitor will allow you to play over 60 world-famous courses (Bay Hill, Torrey Pines, Bandon Dunes, etc.).

While we do not have these available yet, and don't have a definitive date established, we anticipate the space will be ready for use about 1 month after we are allowed to reopen. To help us generate revenue during this time, we are offering early rental credit that you can purchase now and redeem later.
